  1. This post has everything... kudos, seriously. Comparing a quarterback with a linebacker? Check. Comparing a coach with an on field player? Check. Saying Stroud would be a better pick because he's easy to move off of if a flop? Check. Peak Huddle.
  2. While I agree with you, outside of this board and a few niche tweeters nobody sees CJ as a top 3 prospect. QB obviously gets a huge boost but there’s a large gap between BY and CJ
  3. You gotta factor in the risk though. You know what you are getting with these other guys. Half this board thinks BY is gonna be a bust, the other half think CJ ceiling is Kirk Cousins
  4. That's wild. Unless I'm misunderstanding the question.. just the #1 pick this year? Gotta add Herbert, Lawrence, and maybe Hurts.
  5. that just helps his argument in this very specific niche BMI convo. The shorter you are, the stockier. 5'10 190 will be a higher BMI than 6' 190
  6. while i don't think BMI tells us anything, OP did do his BMI of his Alabama playing weight of 190 and its still higher than Stroud
  7. What? They’re prospects you even said so yourself. Of course there are elite prospects with elite traits. Any college player can be a bust but you draft based on college production which stroud and young both had elite careers.
  8. I did. and linked mine. where's yours? hard to back something up when you just make it up on the fly
  9. Lol prove it. Cause nobody agrees with you
  10. I also would reply with only a gif if called out and can’t back it up cause I made it all up
  11. Wait a minute let me get this straight. You said BY has a noodle arm and when asked to back it up you link articles that say “Young’s arm is strong enough” “velocity is good” it isn’t madden you clown, 95% of the QBs who come and go aren’t going to have the arm of Josh Allen, Dan Marino, and Anthony Richardson. That by no means equates to a noodle arm. I can’t believe I even have to explain this to you
  12. Lmao okay I’ll bite. Link these reports where “every scout said arm strength is a concern”. I’ll go ahead and add mine where Tony Romo says arm strength and deep balls are both good https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/bryce-young-nfl-draft-2023-scouting-report-prospect-profile-nfl-combine-results-pro-comparison-more/amp/
  13. It’s not a lie. Again the consensus is if BY was 6’2 he would be the no question #1 pick. There’s a reason for that, he’s the best NFL ready QB in this class. That in no way says CJ is a raw prospect, Bryce is just viewed as the better all around QB as of right now if you aren’t concerned of his size.
  14. Literally no professional scout, gm, or organization has said he has a noodle arm. Why you making stuff up?
  15. Because Bryce is better at everything except being taller.
  16. I agree with Lamar, but Mahomes? BY can do anything with his legs Mahomes can. Neither are a running QB, both can extend plays and scramble when needed
  17. Baltimore ran 97% from shotgun this year. Chiefs were something like 75%. I’m confident BY could figure out how to take a snap under center for 5-25% of the time.
  18. I think he's the second best CB in this class. Absolute freak ability ball skills
  19. I’d be shocked if he’s the pick but also ecstatic because that means the coaching staff believes he can be the best QB of the class and so far I 100% trust this coaching staff.
  20. If he’s there at 39 I gotta go Flowers but would be very happy with Washington or edge there
  21. Why are you gonna buy a Texans jersey?
  22. It’s weird that everyone is acting like just because we have the #1 pick we are some god awful team. We were #9 with Matt fuggin Rhule and Wilks. I feel like Reich could’ve had this team in the 14-16 range with last years squad.
  23. It’s insane anyone poo’d your post for just pointing this out
