  1. Yeah I can see you're take. I don't object to the value scale. There was some article I remember (out there, somewhere) about how we gained the most value per the trade charts of any team from last year's draft moves. It was mainly because of the Fiske trade, but still, there was nothing egregious. We've just been very obvious with a lot of stuff/moves. Doesn't make them all necessarily bad. Oh and fans love to point and say how stupid their FOs are.
  2. Felt like the Rams trade was good, but then we traded back up for the wrong guy when there were Frazier and Sainristil right there for us. It seemed we got so set on XL & Brooks, it was "get those two and think about the rest after"
  3. To open a few hours before the draft begins Draft Start Time: 8PM ET/7PM CT
  4. TETAIROA MCMILLAN 6'4 213 University of Arizona 22 years old from "the beast" https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/the-beast/2025/player/tetairoa_mcmillan-wide_receiver-6Gsv1seUH7Ev19sd/
  5. The week of ship is rocking and these mock drafters are blowing with the rumor winds. It’s amazing haha So much variance compared to last week.
  6. Love to see Ez, Noel, and Sanker Gotta think Ez would only happen if we sell 8 and are in that 15-30 range— maybe it could happen and we land him and Noel somehow. That’s my dream scenario.
  7. First 3 picks are my ideal scenario (oh and my mock from the other week haha) which means this is obviously not happening lol. Love Noel and Swinson
  8. That'd be nice. I don't have a problem with Nolen, if a team did their homework and he's good to reek some havoc, let's do it. And if we like that UCLA ILB...all the better. Those 2 and still have another 2nd and 3rd to work with for OL, EDGE, WR, etc.
  9. Nolen wouldn't be bad, but if we're considering him, then we absolutely should be considering Harmon as as a base DE, sub package 3-tech as well. If all of these prospects are such similar value, then give me DH.
  10. I know where you stand and I don’t anticipate much agreement here. I really don’t. He’s a bit better at perimeter work and reliability in the seams, but take away all the wildcat, trick play and college-specific work, I don’t see it. My eyes must be broken.
  11. Definitely hit/miss. That shmuck was not getting the juice from league circles and did not have a real scouting network. He’s a personality (and characature at this point) Some of the younger guys on the Athletic, Ringer and elsewhere tend to have sources and certain teams their close with…unsure who McShay’s closest sources are but he hits every now and again and tends to get some good AFC intel from what I can tell.
  12. The Kenneth Grant and Shemar Turner (not Stewart) notes were really interesting. Seems like 2 guys that could go way higher than expected
  13. Yeah a few programs I listen to had similar sentiment. Lots of stuff coming out to just expect the unexpected compared to what you have not seen from the mock drafters of the world. This year is going to be different in how much it varies.
  14. McShay's intel drop today had a few very strongly confident points: QBs are absolutely dropping, Ward may be the only one in Round 1. Maybe Dart as QB2 (PIT or CLE/NYG trade up), but Sanders is for real dropping. Jeanty isn't going to LVR Best talent is at not-premium but doesn't mean they go high. The the pass rushers are very talented with just minor things setting them back/it's not a huge gap. And they are always coveted. So get ready, teams will still go premium. Carter, Walker, Mykel, Harmon, Ez, Pearce, Green, Nolen could fly off the board. He's in on the Mykel to CAR train with Campbell and others. The league loves him. Got a glimpse at one of his trusted scouts' boards and he was top-6 overall.
  15. Yeah that's kind of where I was going. Our board may be 1A Walker 1B Mykel ahead of Graham. Don't think it's necessarily a good thing, but he could slip to SF. And not to mention, we have a lot invested in the group of Brown, Robinson, Wharton & Brown II for our 3 DL spots. Not that those guys should be predicating a draft move (they're not world beaters). Really think they're weighing LB on our board.
  16. He has the arm strength you want and they rarely let him use it. Generational talent, agree, haven't really seen it.
  17. He has the HS running back problem. Penn State entirely centered their offense around him and half of his touches were very targeted, designed plays in that lame offense that’s held Allar back. I don’t necessarily see the “wow” with him as a receiver or blocker. If he has a traditional TE volume, I don’t see what separates him from a Tucker Kraft or Sam LaPorta as a prospect. He just got massive volume that it almost distorts his baseline skills. In a perfect world, you get a Jason Witten-esque guy (but that’s the high bar) That being said, he’s still a 1st/high end TE talent, but it’s not this ultimate blue chip some are making him out to be. I just don’t see how someone can place him in that tier but somehow Jeanty will fall out of the top 10. We will see come Thursday…
  18. If they don't think Campbell is an LT, then you don't take him there IMO. You just don't take a guard at 4 overall. Then you look at Membou, but he's a RT and they just signed Moses to man that side. They haven't been as tied to Banks. Walker has been slowly picking up steam with them since some interview w/Vrabel a few weeks ago. Could fit what he's trying to do. They take the talent that elevates the team rather than lock yourself into a higher risk need-based move. That could also be Jeanty IMO. I think he really is THAT coveted this year. Occasionally there are RBs who do warrant that level of consideration and some teams may think that. Then they could easily trade back into the 1st for Conerly/Jackson/Ersery/etc. Jeanty + Conerly ain't a bad scenario for Maye in the slightest.
  19. Seriously though, if today's Breer/McShay/etc. rumors are holding water, we could be looking at: 1-Ward 2-Hunter 3-Carter 4-J Walker 5-Jeanty/Tet 6-?? Jeanty/Barron (Barron has been a rumored surprise scenario) 7-Warren/Banks/Membou/Campbell 8-Are we being gifted Graham in this scenario? And would our FO actually take him or pass on him bc of their infatuation for Mykel Williams? Almost want a thread in itself to get a sense of THAT reaction lol.
  20. I don’t know- I’ve had the Mykel suspicion since January - think we’re pretty much going with him no matter what chaos ensues.
  21. Banks could end up OT1 in this thing. He’s the one that projects as a true LT. him and Conerly. Membou is more RT and the arms may scare teams with Campbelll. So now pick 4 is a wildcard, this draft could go bonkers quickly. May have to make a new mock to just speculate on some craziness happening haha
  22. Also reporting some Campbell uncertainty. Lot's of smoke and distortion starting to billow. But I do buy teams may not be interested in Shedeur.
