  1. I really don't want the media circus that will follow Sanders.
  2. My son recently starting playing OL in 7-8-9 yo league and I'm helping to coach the lines. They don't have enough players so most of them play both ways. My first lesson and something I continue to harp on is the importance of winning at the line of scrimmage. It's a warzone and those battles determine the outcome of the war.
  3. The game is won at the line of scrimmage. The Raiders have Crosby and Wilkens and both were effectively neutralized throughout the game. It was amazing to watch. If you have the All 22 Access through NFL.com it really highlights the effectiveness of the OL. Andy trusted the protection and was able to make the throws.
  4. I love the trenches, my faves are Derrick Brown and Robert Hunt. If you can't win at the line of scrimmage then the rest simply doesn't matter.
  5. Praying for a quick and complete recovery. I hate you guys are having to deal with that, but unfortunately the modern healthcare system is concerned with profits, not people.
  6. Q. Williams is out here for the Jets going through drills. I love DL, glad to be able to watch both him and Derrick Brown today.
  7. Ten Lukabu, OLB coach, is a cool dude. He threw football with my 9 year old for about 5 minutes while we talked about traffic and school. It was cool and my son, Grant, will never forget it. Pic won’t attach.
  8. If it’s just for fun my 9 year old and I would do it.
  9. Excuse me sir, this is not the doom and gloom report we do around here. Do better.
  10. So the game is in Boston but blacked out in Charlotte? WTF?
  11. That's far too reasonable for this place.
  12. Wooooooooooooo Hoooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! I love Brown, I hope he outplays it.
  13. Extend now, he's the kind of player you want to build around.
  14. If we can address edge rushers I’d be inclined to agree.
  15. True, while I don’t see that happening. I think we’ll wind up in the bottom half of the league, but I don’t think we’ll be competing for the first overall pick.
  16. They’re not obligated to let him leave. We also have no idea about the conversations behind closed doors. We are ignorant more often than we are informed. EE is touted as one of the brightest defensive minds in the NFL, why would you let him leave? I imagine if he made it known he was unhappy and wanted to leave then he wouldn’t be here now. New regime isn’t going to force a malcontent to stay and I imagine he’s had quite a lot of input into what’s happened this offseason.
  17. He’s old but has been the model of consistency, I’d love to pair Brown with Sheldon Richardson.
