Love what u are preaching here. I feel it will be closer than it should and we will see some sloppy plays but Rhule will most likely have these guys ready to go.

I like the idea of a spring league but I haven’t found the excitement to watch a lot of the products. Hopefully something catches my eye and hooks me.

I would be totally on board if it weren’t week 1. I’m sure there are many blowouts that contradict this bu the NFL is designed for parity and usually (no stats to back this up so purely anecdotal generalities in this statement) week 1 seems to have more teams playing down to the competition. Still should win but it might be closer than it should be. just my .02

For some this will be evident immediately when one or a combination of these two things. 1. Darnold makes a bad throw/decision/interception 2. Justin Fields has a noteworthy highlight. For some the verdict is in and now they will collect said evidence to support that opinion. For the somewhat rational person your logic makes complete sense.

For the other half an incompletion will be more than sufficient.

I’m always on the loosing side so in my book, one definitely counts as a streak, dammit. Keep it rolling!

I’m not overly concerned with “ starting” would love their production to allow the coaches to view them as having the ability to start. Would be a great thing to see all of them with many steady minutes in a rotation.

Yeah. This. I don’t think they would heavily consider this. It just seems counter to the methodology. Alas I am often wrong so if a thread pops up with his signing I will humbly and happily eat crow as I have grown very familiar with the taste.

Yeah. I think it was being prudent rather than coming in saying “This is how it should work” immediately. Putting the foundation in place and executing to a strategy takes time and it is not always instant.

We foster dogs quite a bit. We have just one 7 year old dog and often work with groups needing a hand in keeping a dog or pup for several days always a rewarding experience for us, our dog and the foster pup (I think). The only advise I can give is treat and care for him or her like they are in their forever home but know that they aren’t. Easier said than done I know.

I didn’t see anything wrong with his comment. I think we might be taking his words about red zone situations and overblowing it. May have been lighter than Vikings and saints butlast year may have been structured differently all the way around. Not much to see here IMO. Stay classy TB and enjoy Denver.

I only caught on after reading a couple draft reviews and noticed. I think “Terance’s” name will unknowingly be butchered like Curtis “Samuels,” and folks on here will get bent out of shape before long.

He should have gotten rushing credit for the last 3 yards. Trucked the entire pile.

I think this is very noteworthy. I haven’t seen the highlights but it sounds like he handled our first round starting DT pretty well when they matched up. There is definitely skill there. Previous regime would have probably traded up to the 2nd to get but with a sixth rounder and it is worth the perceived risk. At his worst he will be a special package short yardage guy and most likely be very worthy of the invite pick. If he is able to scale back some weight and get on an NFL conditioning program he could be an absolute steal.

I heard this from one guy. Raised my eyebrows and dismissed it but when several things of the them come to the same conclusion it makes me think our FO and scouting department might be doing something other than surfing the google all day. Makes me less likely to excoriate them for taking a LS in the sixth instead of the 350 lb center from Bumfug State U dancing on roller skates in the tik tok video I saw.

Isn’t this the same guy we should have picked in the fifth sixth and seventh round? If only we had reached for him with one of those picks our draft grades would have been better. Hindsight’s a bitch.

And edge of your seat drama. and reassurance the huddle server is a gem so the first time Darnold throws a pick in a preseason game you can rest assured this place won’t go dark despite the load.

Need a safety I think. Haven’t looked at the roster lately so Center may be a question mark also.
