  1. I think this fits with the Tep mentality. This is it from a succinct point of view and no ambiguity. Could be the second meeting with saints is to clarify the offer and have an apples to apples comparison. Fug it. If it happens it happens. from a Panther perspective we’ve said “This is the offer. We’re done. “. Everyone else can dissect it over 10,000 message board posts, but the FO is done. probably an unpopular standpoint because it minimizes the import of the last 48 hours from a huddle perspective but it is worth considering.
  2. When I was young I don’t think music ever really spoke to me. Glad it grabbed you young.
  3. Of course they are. They seed the Appalachian mountains with the Bigfoot population.
  4. Picked up the hobby in midlife while researching an electric for my son. Interested if anyone else is playing. Or in my case, attempting to play.
  5. I’m a fan with passive knowledge and hope this is the case. Get some structure around the group and the whole will be more than the parts. Hell, even under Matzco (spelling) we patched together decent play with crap
  6. I would pie twice if I could. I’m assuming Tep is all in on Watson so I think addressing OL in FA is a huge-er priority now. Sad thing is it won’t take much to improve.
  7. I think the best thing you are telling Watson is that we are retiring the turnstiles. Problem is we don’t have a way to readily address the issues plaguing us on the line. Fitty needs to earn his money and figure out a way. Granted that I think anything would be an improvement.
  8. In search of two rusty turnstiles in FA. Huge upgrade compared to the well oiled ones we currently field.
  9. I don’t see any logic in taking a about at 6. If you trade out of 6 I still think you have to go OL in round 1 and in round 2. If the unlikely scenario occurs where you obtain a 2nd round pick and a qb falls, grab him if no OL value is there.
  10. Tepper should mail her the brass balls. Anyone willing to come out publicly and admit they are related to Jones deserves them. Seriously though, if true he is an even bigger POS than I imagined.
  11. looking past the legal issues, Watson has a record of 28 and 26 in Houston. He is a great talent and the Texans never put a team around him to consistently compete. Which is what will happen if he comes here. With little capital left it would be difficult to assemble a winning team around him given our current situation. I think the most competent front offices would have trouble doing so. And if the Huddle believes anything, they believe that the Panthers are far from the most competent front office.
  12. I don’t see how picking Willis at 6 will secure another season for hIm as an NFL head coach.
  13. Hey. Maybe we could trade some future picks to the Broncos for Teddy.
  14. Agree. Cause I’m eating a long snapper in the fifth that will blow your mind.
  15. I would have thought it would be a 2,8 and 3 game parlay but what do I know.
  16. Darnolds value hasn’t devalued since he took his last snap this past season. I think his market, or lack thereof, was already established. This is just stating the obvious in my opinion. I haven’t seen any threads or discussion with the illusion we could get anything for him. If they can find someone willing to take on some of his contract then bye, otherwise just roll with it until next season.
  17. No argument here. I come here, see all the negative comments and desperately want to defend my team but cannot.
  18. If CJ can play at a high enough level it offsets the 3rd rounder. The buzz was he would be able to break thru with a change of environment(sound familiar?). Unfortunately, I haven’t been wowed by the return on investment yet and don’t have confidence in the coaching staffs ability to coach him up. As a fan of the team, I wish I could argue with you but sadly, I can’t.
  19. If we bring in a vet QB and he has to "battle" Sam for the starting role we are not upgrading the team. I know Brown has played at LT but isn't he more on the right side? I might be wrong though.
  20. This is probably the best case for Rhule to have a chance at keeping his job. A rookie QB is likely not able to drive this team to the playoffs or a winning season. Focus on the line. If there is a rookie qb in a later round that sneaks thru the cracks then maybe there is an off chance you win the lottery but its definitely not worth investing the one high pick we have.
