  1. My #1 is opening day 2003. I went with my family. I mean we rolled in deep, 15-20 of us. We (and 73,000) boo'd Rodney Peete and his -1 yards passing in the first half off the field. Fast forward to 4th & 12 and that was the first time I ever felt the Earth move beneath my feet.
  2. A person could do some seriously evil poo to me and still never achieve the level of seething hatred I hold, like an eternal flame, for that SOB.
  3. Superb Owls are more likely to be held in a dome. Domes have turf. Thats all the backstory needed.
  4. Neat thread. -Anthony Johnson, a 1 hit wonder, gave the franchise its 1st 1000 yard rusher in '96. (The faves: Hoover,Spoon, Al Wallace were cool too)
  5. The eye test says he can do it. College tape says he can do it. The FO says he can do it. The Coach says he can do it. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say its a real possibility he can do it.
  6. I know HS football got moved to spring b/c ‘rona? Other than that, nope.
  7. Great post. 1 question. When we have 40-50+ year history, are we gonna complain that we don’t have 75-100 year history like other teams? We can’t catch up.
  8. -They can put my momma out there and I'ma beat her like a drum too. That poo had me hype af.
  9. That one brought tears to my eyes. -Cam took dude's soul. -Smitty was a walking quote.
  10. A man that size could be holding 30lbs of water weight. Hell, a good colon flush and he could lose 10-15.
  11. So David Moore showed up at 320, and Big Bread here showed up at 347? Uh-huh.... ummm, Christian? Buddy, If you dont run for 2500 yards that's on you little feller.
  12. Imagine trying to find him behind that right side.
  13. Early morning Sax, is the best sax. amirite??
  14. Its not that the article is loaded with lies and totally made up non-sense. Its that the observations are so superficial and insufficiently fleshed out. Stated Teddy is a stop gap. Stop gap to what? Do stop gaps have strong SB winning traditions? Not a single mention of how that was a Marty contract and a bad one. New GM, New QB. Simple. Said Curtis is gone so no weapons for Sam. Dafuq you say? Robby, DJ, and CMC alone are better than anything Sam ever had in NY. The line issues have been around for a decade so yeah, we all see that one. Way to dig deep Bleach. Its the same lazy reporting on this team some of us have lamented for decades. Its why Person and Newton are given so much poo. They have jobs people would kill for and they put less effort in it than I do folding a fitted sheet.
  15. By the time I finished the blurb my head had cocked so far to one side I looked like a confused dog. Then I saw the the link and relief washed over me.
  16. I read that whole article for the payoff to be, "If you want to have an informed opinion, watch the games."
  17. This is probably the most fair take on Jake Delhomme I've seen to date.
  18. I'm not so sure that if it had been a normal process he wasn't a low 1 to mid-2 guy. You're right his pass-pro looks really good at that level.
  19. That should be at least slightly true given the inherent competitiveness of the sport. I too hope its gonna be fuel to light a fire under his ass to be the 1st round pick he was supposed to be all along. That means CAR is winning more than it's losing this year.
  20. At least 2-2 or there is gonna be a lot of panic.
  21. The scheduling, if true, could be an over site. It could also have been a necessity? If the 2-min offense and redzone issues persist, we’ll have real concern on our hands.
