Fields makes too much sense. If Fields is there I think we take him. I think the competition between him and Darnold would make them both better and it’s a win for Carolina. Getting rid of Teddy removes a huge distraction that we didn’t need and could have hampered their development. Get the guy that that can be a franchise QB and spend the second and third getting the best available tackles. Hell, take all tackles and cornerbacks. I hope San Fran is dumb enough to take Mac Jones.

Pitts, Fields, Sewell, or Chase. If it’s not one of those guys, trade back. Slater is a guard. I’m not wasting the 8th on a guard. I’d rather have Farley than Slater any day of the week.

Is he the guy that said Cam had a fake smile? I don’t love Trey Lance but judging a dude by how his eyes look strikes me as weird, especially as a grown man. I mean, some dudes just have fuged up faces.

I think if both Tackles are off the board, you have to go Fields. Potential to be a fantastic QB in the league and pair him with the coaching and weapons, I think he could be special here. I wouldn’t be mad at surtain or horn either. After that, make the O-line a priority. Potentially trade back a few spots and grab Darrisaw if not QB or CB.

FWIW I’m all in for LT at 8

I mean, it’s not against the rules to draft O-line after the first round.

So we’re either getting Sewell, slater, fields, trey lance, surtain, parsons, jamarr chase, or trading out of the pick. Glad to see we’re really narrowing it down.

Get Surtain hes the number one player at a position of need that’s left. Unless Pitts is there....which he won’t be most likely.

He definitely has a very punchable face. But I agree you have to take that chance. The kid can sling it a mile and has that escapability when the pocket breaks down. If we could’ve just found a way to lose to the WFT I’d be very excited about him coming to Carolina. But, the panthers are gonna panther... Best of luck to your boys !
