Cam Newton BELIEVES in the USMNT

It feels weird being the underdogs as Americans, lol

this may sound weird, but that's one reason i've recently fell in love with soccer and the usmnt.  america wins at about everything else, with soccer we're pretty far behind the strong european and south american countries but the usmnt still gives it their all no matter who they play.  expect nothing less this time around.

and cam was seriously awesome in that commercial

GO GO USA

Edit: And for the doubters, this team has really come together in the send-off series. This is also the best USMNT of all time, even without Donovan. I really wouldn't put it past them to kick the elephant out of the room (Ghana), and with a Cristiano Ronaldo, Pepe, and Meireles not in great match form for Portugal after dealing with all kinds of injuries, who knows.

They have a chance to win 2 games. Germany, however, eat us and poo us out in 1 motion.

    • Sellers is absolutely one to keep an eye on. Could be the next Cam or could be the next Anthony Richardson. Curious to see how he has progressed come this fall.
    • I think Texas could go 0-12 and he would still go #1 based on his name and traits like you say.  But nusselman and sellers may be actually better qbs.    Man if bryce stinks it up this season its looking like a damn good year to swap out qbs.  Sellers highlights are just fuging jaw dropping
    • I mean, the kid comes from a wealthy family. It's not like he needs the money. He has a ton of potential now we get to see what he can do as a starter. Everyone penciling him in as the #1 overall pick is putting the cart way before the horse. It's 5% because of his talent and what he's showing on the field and 95% because his last name is Manning. And if he is what he's hyped to be the Texas coaching staff needs to be answering some tough questions about why the kid wasn't on the field sooner. Ewers was a good college QB but he's definitely not a "keep a future #1 overall pick waiting" type of college QB. Only getting one season out of a top NFL talent because you chose to keep him buried behind a borderline NFL talent is just coaching negligence. Not starting him as a true freshman? Yeah, I get that. But on year two if the kids is what he's hyped to be you gotta wish Ewers well elsewhere and turn the page.
