He had a court date yesterday and I heard nothing from detective or state.  I checked North Carolina inmates search and he's not in there so I guess that mofo walked?  It also looks like he filled a civil suit against the state a week ago.

 

He still has 5 court dates scheduled for open liquor container in the car, DUI, drug possession, driving without a license and failing to extinguish fire.  All misdemeanors.   

 

In past 30 days he had court dates for Arson, hit and run, DUI and driving without a license. (he was busted driving drunk twice in 1 month).

 

His daddy must of dropped around $40k in lawyer fees for all his son fug-ups.

He may have been found guilty but then appealed it.  That is the way lawyers handle misdemeanors such as this.  Just waste the courts time to the point that they eventually throw it out.

Arson was a felony charge.  Cops are trying to put him away before he killed someone.

Just got off the phone with clerks office.  My nightbor been indicted by State Superior Court.  What that means?

Guessing it means that his court date the other day was a hearing, and that the court determined that there was sufficient evidence to take him to trial.

The North Carolina Superior Court system handles all Felony criminal matters. Unless his daddy plays golf with the judge i'm certain he should be locked up for quite some time.

And, just like Aaron Hernandez, his court date may occur sometime within 2-3 years after the initial arrest.

I agree, the irony of his huddle name gets me every time.
