"LANCE CAM " at the ESPYS -Hilarious

he's the best artist in music today... nothing to do with his comedy he's the man because of his music imo

No offense, but as a musician I take offense when people say rappers are the most talented musicians on earth. Mainly because they aren't musicians. They play no instruments, half don't make their own beats and half don't write their own lyrics. They are entertainers. That said, I listen to very little rap. But if you want a real band that's world class try Manchester Orchestra (no they aren't an orchestra. They are an indie rock band from Atlanta)

Drake is awful.  I don't get how he fits in with the rap/R&B crowd either.  His lyrics are all about feelings and emotions, and that isn't something that people into that genre usually go for.  Its like he writes lyrics for country songs and puts it to hip hop music.

Go listen to the Black Keys or Artic Monkeys.  Good Stuff.

The artists I listen vary from time to time but consistently ive always listened to Drake since comeback season and Drake has been my favorite ever since his so far gone mixtape

1. Drake

2. Lil Wayne (he's fallen off lately but has some good old material)

3. Chance the Rapper (mainly acid rap)

4. Kendrick Lamar

5. Wale

6. J Cole

7. Migos (good to get turnt up)

8. Childish Gambino

9. Kevin Gates

10. Rich Homie Quan

That's it may not be exact order but for sure Drake is #1. And I listen to a LOT of mixtapes so I like a lot of different people's material but with mixtapes you get those guys who have 1 or 2 good songs and you don't like any of their other songs.

If you don't know one of them Im linking a song you can listen to it if you've not hear of them

lol WHAT??? Go to warped tour man. See the millions of kids (mostly teenagers and college students) listening to metal with tattoos and gauges. Just because you only listen to rap does not in any way make that the majority.

rap is by far the majority man... by far... like it's not even a question with people my age.. Yeah you see the little rock group kids at school but No way do they outnumber the people who listen to hip hop/r&b
