Here is what Danny Morrison had to say about the "standard" set up of the screens.

 

" Morrison explained the standard set-up: a main, center image about 2.5 times as big as the previous screen size, bordered by smaller, mirror-image blocks with sponsor logos at the top and fan prompts at the bottom (“Keep Pounding” and so on)."

 

So it sounds likely that all the sponsor logos will stay all the time.

If i were to take a shot at it, Id say that's just some video file to put up on for display. Notice how the resolution is stuck at 720p or w/e and they add the ads on the side. I would hope they would use the whole screen come gameday.

 

 

Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be that way, read the post I just made from Danny Morrison.
