I'm betting that Byron surprises for the better this year. God knows I hope so. People have said some horrible things about him. Much like they attacked Cam. Not to say that he and Cam can be compared any further than that, but d@#n people.

I remember a scouting report from when him and Cam entered the draft saying that he was a natural LT that could start as a LG and then move to the outside his sophomore season.

And Bell continues the trend of marginal players that are on the cusp of a breakthrough year.  We are all waiting with baited (or is it bated) breath to see how it turns out. 

I remember clearly laughing at those of you that thought because BB was left handed that moving him to the LT would somehow flip a switch.

Too many people in positions of knowledge are starting to make me second guess my laughter.  Too many people that get paid to analyze this crap are making me close my dumb mouth and listen intently.  Too many plays are on my 2 dvr'd preseason games that show this behemoth tossing blitzers to the ground and pushing DE's to the outer edges of the pocket.

Gil Brandt is an NFL talent evaluator God and he said enough to make me reevaluate my position concerning Mr. Byron Bell.

 

 

 

May God have mercy on our salary cap souls if he balls this year.

Gil was on the radio this morning talking about Bell. He also spoke about KB a bit, and the fact that he doesn't think Cam and Rivera get enough credit nationally. He basically gave his view of the team after spending a couple of days at camp last week.
