i hate how you cant really tell what to expect from this game. little things but honestly nothing to compare. NY played terrible and Detroit couldnt run. very awkward game

I'm not scared of them, but I respect them.  I don't think they'll crumble this year.  I think Caldwell is what that team needed.  We're going to have a tough game on our hands and our boys better be ready to play.   I'm not sure if we win if we're on the road.  Since we're at home I think we squeek one out 28-24.

OT but news is breaking that Goodell willfully ignored the Ray Rice footage. If true, yes!!!! I want Roger's lame ass impeached or overthrown.

This isn't a monarchy. He's voted in by the owners and he has many the NFL even bigger in terms of monetary value. They are keeping him around.

Look at the snap counts. Blackburn/Klein aren't on the field a lot. We usually go nickel with Bene or Godfrey.

Probably why we moved up to get Bene. Nickel is basically our base defense.

It's a trend, although Brooks tagging the MLB in this article as the position that gets pulled ain't gonna happen here.

I'm not impressed by this win for them... we did the same thing against the Giants last year with less! The Panthers actually have a defense and no Beason to miss tackles. bring em' on!

Other than the ends, our front 7's are similar. Levy is on Davis level and Tulloch isnt a slouch. We have to expose their secondary but we have to give Cam a pocket in the meantime.

They are a scary team on offense.  But they aren't very smart.  They shoot themselves in the foot with bad penalties and lapses of judgement.  Talent wise they are one of the best teams in the league. If we take advantage of their mistakes we can win this one.

I think we underestimate our head coach and DC's ability to game plan for any offense or player. They will figure out a way to keep CJ in check and it likely begins with stomping Stafford into the dirt. BTW, Tampa Bay has two 6'5 WRs and they didn't look too impressive against our defense.

Yeah I saw the snap count between Klein/Blackburn and Benet. Still concerns me.  We're def going to a better job then NYG but we're looking at a much more explosive offense then TB.

They always look good on paper....but they are still the Lions.

 

They will ALWAYS find a way to screw it up.

 

Best friend is a Lion's fan and he knows the heartbreak this team puts their fans through.

 

 

Stafford = 400 yds and 4 TD's one game.....5 INT the next game.

 

Not to mention they are the most undisciplined team in football.  The penalties they get are ridiculous.
