What is sadder is a football player cold cocking the person he says he loves.

He is quite lucky that the woman didn't hit her head on that elevator railing or he would be looking at murder charge

Saddest of all is the woman married him which indicates to me that she does not think enough of herself to walk away

If history plays out the way it normally does, one day she won't walk away.

Take a real good look at her body language in their joint news conference, and if atter seeing that, you think this the first time it has happened, I'll sell you ocean front in Arizona

Amazing detective work and insight into their relationship. You should call the authorities with this information.

Ok CRA, I respect you enough as a long time huddler as not to address you as D- Los biggest fan.

Suppose you were pulled over tonight, and law enforcement thought you were under the influence, but you knew that you were only sleepy , the breathalyzer was negative, but they still believe you were under the influence of something, so they took you in anyway. How would you feel if your employer, on that information alone suspended you for 6 weeks without pay?

Would suck.

Now reality is that if they thought I was under the influence despite not blowing anything....there probably would be some more puzzle pieces in play for them to think that

Maybe I didn't blow anything on the breathalyzer....but let's say that since I had my window rolled down singing Hanson's Mmm Bop at the top of my lungs, while naked except for an adult diaper and wearing a Falcon hat they weren't to sure about things.

Reality could of been I wasn't drinking or doing drugs....but I could of made wiser choices. Especially if I had a job where I was well known in my community with a job dealing with the public. Could you ever look me in the eye and want to do business with me and my company knowing that I was wearing a Falcon hat that night?

I'd have to accept some responsibility in it all

I find the entire aspect of allowing judges to rule on cases before they go to a jury quite disturbing. There's a reason the Constitution specifies for jury trials: judges cannot be trusted to be impartial.

Juries scare the absolute poo out of me after serving on one. Give me an intelligent and educated judge over a room full of half wits anyday.

Yeah, I fuss at my wife all the time. She gets out of jury duty all the time bc she doesn't want to be bothered. I tell her one day she is gonna find herself in front of a jury.....only all her peers will of gotten out of it and she will have a jury full of dumbasses wanting the 3 dollar check for showing up. karma is a cruel b sometimes

You are presumed innocent. Gregg Hardy deserves that right, and nothing the Charlotte Observer, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, or any other network or Huddler says or believes, changes his constitutional rights.

This.

Just because they messed up on the Ray Rice situation doesn't mean every case is going to be the same. It's a witch hunt and unfortunately one of our players is in the middle of it. Honestly I think what happens in someone's private life shouldn't be made public. Who are we to judge? We wasn't there, we don't know the whole story.

what about a female judge doing a domestic violence case for a high profile athlete with lots of media live tweeting the proceedings?

you think she had any pressure on her to find hardy guilty and at the very least allow the case to move on to the next level in the process?  hardy was found guilty, but he was found guilty the second the "victim" showed up to court 4 hours late, IIRC.

I had the same experience. It's a crap shoot.

The Panthers should stick with their decision on Hardy. Otherwise it's just a knee jerk reaction to the the Rice video and resulting team and league actions. Hardy's got a court date I assume, and he doesn't have a video.

I had just the opposite experience when I served on a Jury.  They were mostly reasonable and intelligent people who quickly and easily came to the correct decision when the Civil trial was over with.

    • Immediately cast blame? We had been talking about the bad throws to Hunter (the missed TDs and hospital ball) for days leading up to that injury report.   And yeah, the rib injury then becomes something to point out.  and you are getting desperate with this projected extremism.  No one  said you should never throw seams.  I shared with you an article after you scoffed at seams being routes you can get hung out to dry on….and it was the best of the best talking about the dangers of those routes.   And they talked about it because they threw them a lot and there dudes were at risk so the throws really matter.  Because you can hurt your receivers.  we disagree, cool.  I got a pro Bryce former NFL QB calling it a hospital ball and bad throw.  So I got a plus +1 making my argument.  Find a QB that backs your take.
    • You exclusively highlighted Hunter's name on the injury report and then immediately cast blame. I've pointed out that this wasn't the hospital ball you claim it to be while also acknowledging that there could have been another option to target instead of Renfrow. By everything you've expressed here, you don't think seam routes should ever be thrown. I don't know how that helps the already struggling offense, but I do know that it would make it even worse than it already is. Scapegoating never has and never will solve anything. Tell you what: Try not blaming Bryce or casting shade his way for the entire week after Arizona and instead look at the other 21 starters and assess what they're doing (again, without shading Bryce). I'll join you and refrain from exploring what the rest of the team is doing and will focus solely on what Bryce needs to do better. Deal? This is a sincere peace offering to allow us to explore the other's perspective and perhaps be even more informed football fans.
    • TMac PI throw was a TD too.  Bryce just drastically under threw it.  Renfrow and TMac set themselves up to BOTH have great days.   the story of last of no one was open…..isn’t a defense the Bryce Young defenders can use so far this year
