I just met Ben Roethlisberger

So I am watching football at the pool bar at the Ritz Carlton in Lake Oconee GA. Ben sits down with his wife across from me. I asked him if he was worried about the Panthers next week, specifically the D, he says "nope not at all". I told him good luck, and he says, "you should be telling the Panthers Good Luck"....

And for the record, it didn't look like he roofied his wife.

I hope for your sake you didn't visit the bathroom the same time as Big Ben  :)

What's he suppose to say? Yes I'm terrified?

Just leave the dude alone

Only because I know you love Kalil, I met his brother Matt last night. Had my Panthers hat on and just told him I was a huge fan of his bro's.

Def doesn't warrant it's own thread and unless you're Cam Newton I'm not asking for a pic but he seemed like a cool guy, hung around at the bar for a bit actually.

What do you expect him to say, "I'm gonna poo myself?  Even if he probably will.

    • I suspect it is Burrow’s way of expressing frustration at the current state and direction of the team and basically saying - sort it out, or I’m out. Now that could be retirement, or it could be him wanting out via a trade, either way, shots fired. That said, I know that coverage has changed over the years and become more 24/7. We also have a generation (mine included) that talk more about needing to enjoy their careers rather than simply fulfilling the obligation of working. With that in mind, it would be interesting to compare how the QBs of the 70s, 80s and 90s would talk and handle things in a world where the cameras and coverage doesn’t stop. It would be interesting to see how they’d handle things compared to modern day athletes.
    • Bryce is such a little bitch......NO TDs in the Superdome that's pathetic!  "Bad Bryce" is usually the one that shows up obviously from those numbers and the eyeball test. I'm rooting for the Panthers all day everyday obviously but I have 0.00000% faith in Bryce Young winning us this game Sunday and to say that about your starting QB is telling.
    • True. He's pretty mediocre at check downs.
