Went ahead and did some research. Looks like 2004 Keary Colbert holds all 3 records. The numbers are 47 receptions, 754 yards as you mentioned, and 5 TDs.

 

Kelvins current numbers are 21 receptions, 329 yards, and 3 TDs.
