Cam is definitely on pace as being the best QB in the league.  Also, it looks like he is getting healthier.  I'm still weary about management.  Are they going to have the kind of offense where he will simply thrive, or will they still hold him back?  Are they going to make improvements on the O-line, or are they going to continue to be cheap and let Bell remain the starting LT for years to come?  I don't know, but this was a great win today.

He's been a good passer his whole career, but he's taken it to the next level this year.

Going through adversity early as a thrower and showing elite ability to break through it

That is not Newton's or the offense fault because for the better part of 4 years the Panther's FO has been asleep at the wheel while our offensive personnel has regressed, opting to pour almost everything into our Defense.

 

On a good night, without defensive help, our offense will give you 20 points.

 

This defense MUST continue to play like they did for the 2nd half to give our team a shot.

No, they r not and some fans will continue to  find ways to blame Cam for every losing game.

 

BTW, it's clear the Offense helped to wake up the defense in today's game. I am glad the defense gathered themselves and didn't give the game away.

Offense job is to put up points. Defense job is to help them win games by preventing the opposing team from scoring. The rules of the game has yet to change since football's inception.
