Rivera is Losing the Team

Between not standing up for Greg Hardy, not showing faith in your offense last week against the Bengals on that 4th and 1 in overtime, being hypocritical by benching one player for their performance but then allowing another who is equally playing as bad stay in, etc., it is looking like the players just don't care anymore. It just looks like they aren't playing for him anymore. I think last year's success has clouded eveyrbody's memories that this is Rivera. This is what he does. Besides that one winning season, he has been incompetent at best for 3 years. Looking competent for one season out of 4 is not good and I think he will be canned along with the rest of the coaching staff after this season.

Y'all can keep yapping about how everything is going to be ok, but we have been blown out in the last 3/5 games. Getting blown out constantly shows that players have given up on their head coach. Keep making excuses while we keep getting blown out. You say we have an easier schedule ahead, but I honestly don't see another win on our schedule.

We are still no 1 in the NFCs with a easier schedule ahead, not quite sure about that

This is the issue though. The fact that the nfcs sucks shouldn't be an out.

I like Rivera, but he's being too nonchalant for my taste and it's frustrating. There is no urgency, and, according to him we are always 'about' to fix it.

    • I did not want to start or even think about *if* BY reverts back to pre-non last 9 games.   There is a lane in which Panthers are looking QB after this season, I feel its higher than most will realize. I mean....not kidding... has any team ever traded up to 1st overall twice in the teams history? I don't even want to think within 3 years, just foresee Tepper squeezing Dans and Brandts sacs to the point were they are forced to trade up for a another savior.....   The kicker is I feel this way with BY playing good-great..... I think there with be non-fixable problems for contract negotiations between BY&reps vs Panthers org on the whole. You can not pay 50+ million per over few years with 70% guarantees for 3,303 yards 15 TDs and 9 INTs......Cursed I tell you....
    • It's not surprising, but it's still surprising that many of these guys don't manage their money in such a way that provides them and their families a better lifestyle than most for the rest of their lives without even working a nine-to-five. I can't imagine making over a 100 mil for a decade and ultimately ruminating about supporting my family due to financial issues.
    • That why i mentioned the KC dynasty. Those three different playoff loses were not Allens fault, in fact 1-2 plays and Bills win. KC just have better players and better coaches and more luck.  Defense-wise, Bills have been trying to crack the Reid-Halhomes magic. Its near impossible with rules and KC home field advantage. Spags has started to force the league in naming him the best DC in NFL history. I agree if you take away Bill bielacheat.... Add in Andy Reid the best QB coach and brilliant play designer/play-caller, I mean that's too much for one QB to over-come on his own.  Just trolling or not, bad is bad scot. Allen is legit as any one QB has ever been.
