Watch The Broncos/Patriots Game In Comparison.

I truly debated making this thread because I can see it easily getting closed. After much deliberation I had to at least make the attempt.  Our game is over anyway if that means anything.

Today is a once in a generation matchup where you all can see two of the best go at it, the same two that everyone here wants Cam to become.  In watching this game you see a beautiful  (  <shaped pocket for the two QB's every play. You also see the receivers coming up with the plays that ours can not.  I believe we are so used to watching only our Offense that we forget what a true playbook looks like in comparison.

That is all.

It's clear that a lot of people here only watch the Panthers play.

And this is the most annoying thing when the Cam discussions come up.

They blame Cam of doing things these elite QB's are still doing.

1. Manning throwing a terrible INT and not seeing the linebacker. Manning also just over threw Sanders on a 3rd and 20 who actually had the corner by a step

2. Brady throwing the ball too hard at an open Lafell in the back of the endzone causing a drop.

To be fair, the refs could've let Brady walk up and hand the ball to LaFell from 1 foot away, and Donald would've dropped it.

Once in a generation matchup? Brady and Peyton play pretty much every season...

Also, it is important to remember when watching Peyton/Brady that you are potentially looking at the top 2 or at least top 5 all time QBs in the history of the sport....so big picture they should generally make everyone look bad in comparison

lol After asking why I said it's a once in a generation matchup.... You explained why I said it's a once in a generation matchup.

*I don't mean the quantity of how often they face off. I mean the quality of it.

    • Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.
    • Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
    • I mean, our TE room does suck but we had other pressing needs and no surefire upgrades in the draft. I was surprised at how many TEs went in the first three rounds. I think most everyone was. You want a guy who projects at least as a guy who has the potential ceiling to be a starter in those rounds and I didn't see 11 of those in this draft. Off the top of my head, I think that's how many TEs went in the first three rounds. It was in that range. That's roughly 10% of the overall picks. Definitely did NOT see that coming with this TE class.
