Cam's subliminal shot/message to the FO of the Panthers!

I know you guys will more than likely say I'm reading too much into this however maybe some will agree.

Anybody else think Cam's Gatorade commercial is a subliminal shot at the FO? One thing we can never do as fans is question Cam's work ethic. The guy puts in the time and effort to be an elite QB in this league, and he is arguably the toughest QB in the league right now just how he has battled through injuries and getting hit so much. In the commercial he says "I'm not gonna stop until I get what I need, until then I'm not gonna tell you how hard I'm working..I'm gonna show you."

Get this man some help!!! Build up a elite offensive line around him starting with the FA and draft this off-season ( it will take about 2 years), and get him some weapons. KB was the first step, Bersin and Philly Brown will be complimentary slot players their entire career, we desperately need speed on offense and a new system that Cam can spread the ball around in, i.e. Broncos, and Packers type of offense. His running ability will just be a added bonus when a seldom break down happens with his new offensive line. One thing I notice about the Bronco's and Packers is the play of they're tackles. Those guys send DE's and LB's into outer space when they run up on the pocket created to protect they're leader. We need that desperately.

Cam says and does what Gatorade is paying for him to say and do. It's a tv spot to sell Gatorade for God's sake, Cam has nothing to do with the content. They pay him to basically to be a spokesman for the product....period. No deep inner messages are bring sent to anyone, except the consumer to buy gatorade.

These were issues that we had before the season began. Cam is intelligent enough to understand when he's in a bad situation, I am 100% aware that he didn't write it but who's to say he didn't tell the producers he wanted to make a statement with it?

The guys that paid him to make the commercial so they can sell their product perhaps?

I understand reading to much into post game comments, but to say that Gatorade would allow him to "make a statement" during their commercial is just wrong.

    • I was playing around with the ESPN playoff predictor and it shows if 49ers and Rams finish with same record, the Rams hold the tiebreaker.
    • This is my thinking as well. Seattle played as good as they could on defense and Panthers still had a chance until those back to back turnovers.  I don't think the Rams played particularly well in their game against us, alot things went our way in order to win.  Someone pointed out the Rams were bad on the east coast road games and Seattle has been the better road team but they just fought a hard contested game against the Panthers, and now they travel to San Fran this week for their biggest game of the season to determine the division and if they are the overall #1 seed in the NFC or will be traveling for the Wildcard weekend.  If they lose they then travel back cross the country to play a team they've just beaten two weeks ago, not saying they won't be favored against the Panthers but the energy of hosting our first playoff game in 10 years along with the get back effect of having just lost to this team could be huge.
    • I don’t know about shadowing and all that, but according to this, whatever we are doing is working
