Yup. We all get angry at Shula but bc of Rivera, Shula is our OC.

The players put themselves in a place to win the game yesterday, especially with two huge catches from Benjamin and Phill. But, Rivera's decision lost is the game.

Only way any staff changes happen is of JR/Gettles steps in and forces it, and JR would rather wait until season's end, if he was to do anything at all.

The ONLY reason nobody is getting fired is because our division sucks so bad that we still have a chance to win it and Rivera knows that's his last chance to keep his job. He is already scared to make decisions on the field, good luck with him making them off the field. Honestly, at this point, just lose out, get a good draft pick, fire this inept coaching staff, and start over once again. I know it sounds bad and I know anybody can win in the playoffs, but dammit, I know this offense to well to think we will score even 10 points in the playoffs. Not to mention that this coaching staff will probably stay if we do make it, and do you people really want another year of this crap? I've seen enough of this coaching staff to know that we will never win anything with them.
