I know I'm the "boob guy" on here, but honestly female attractiveness to me is based on proportion and shape.

Plenty of women have large booty and boobs, but that's not necessarily attractive.

Looks to me like they based it on view counts of videos where girls get one in the caboose vs ones where the girls are squishing sausage between their breasts.

Always was a butt man for years without exception. The girl I have been with for awhile now is an "enhanced" boob girl and I think I may have been converted however.
