He is for sure the feel good story of the team, and for what I'm sure we are paying him I truly hope we keep him around. You can coach route running and blocking, you cant coach good hands, and BB has hands

I'm of the opinion that he intentionally put the ball on the ground while in his grasp. Watch the replay and you'll see he only got one foot down and his momentum would have carried his shoulder OB. By putting the ball down, he was then down before his shoulder landed OB.

 

Underrated and under appreciated if you don't see that part of it.

 

Agreed.  He did that move to get the ball inbounds.  Veteran move by an otherwise inexperienced player.

I would like this aside from picking a good #2 guy to go with kb in the draft. Put philly in the slot and let bersin be the posession guy

Yeah, Disney took some major liberties with that story.

What's really funny to me is that Garry Bertier actually had long hair and looked like a hippy himself, very much unlike his movie portrayal.

 

Its almost as if DIsney manufactures stereotypes for the rest of the world to follow...
