Kelvin Benjamin continues drops in Practice

It's obviously his focus/concentraton.  He has to work on it, and it's a bad habit.  He'll fix the problem.  He makes the difficult catches becuase he is forced to focus on making the play, the easier plays cause him to relax and take his eyes off of the ball.  To me, that's a fixable problem, and I'm sure KB hates it more than everyone on the Huddle combined when he doesn't make a play.

And yes, "we're talkin about practice"

Taking his eyes off the easy catches--no defense, so he is not afraid of getting hit.  He is slumping right now.  I would throw him a ball early Saturday

Eh!

Nothing that a Pep talk from his BFF Cam couldn't fix??

You know, "Kelvin we need you Man. We can't do this with out you. I believe in you bruah", etc.!  :phone:

I don't understand why some "fans" need to bash one of our players in order to praise another. Yes, KB has an issue with drops. Hopefully he'll get that addressed. But, he's still had 1,000 receiving yards and 8 TDs as a rookie while being the #1 WR. That's really damn good. Bene has been an absolute steal as a 5th rounder. Great pick. I'm really excited about both, presently and for the future.

KB has had a hell of a season for a rookie, 1,000 yard 8 TD ROOKIE receivers are so rare in this league, if it weren't for this insane class of WRs (which could be the best ever) he would be getting talked about wayyyy more.  At 28 this dude was an awesome pick.  The thing is - it's the easy balls that he drops.  Every receiver is gonna drop passes, but if he can just cut those easy drops in half he's gonna be great for years to come.  He's slumping right now - but he's a rookie.  We really need him if we wanna make a playoff run.  I'm not worried about KB, he's insanely talented, his primary weakness simply is concentration.  We have a great WR coach, bet KB will be even better next year.

I dont this its even a discussion. A 1000 yard 9 td receiver in his rookie year? That is hard to beat and bene is not close In my opinion even though he is playing at a High level

You have everything backwards lol.

Bene and Norwell have been the best two rookie additions.

In terms of positional talent, Bene is our best rookie.

    • Having trouble finding all these articles saying the Raiders withheld information. Here’s the latest from Crosby’s surgeon: ElAttrache told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday morning that Crosby was "doing very well in the early part of his rehab and recovery from surgery to treat a significant meniscus tear and the related stress injury to the bone and cartilage in his knee. He is certainly on track in his planned program." "We truly respect the work of the Ravens' staff with Maxx regarding the contract physical exam. We also understand the challenge the staff faces when tasked to provide a future risk assessment based on an evaluation early in the recovery process," ElAttrache said. "This is especially challenging when dealing with an elite player like Maxx considering the level of commitment necessary for a team to obtain him. The timing of this assessment is unfortunate because the apparent risk will lessen as his recovery progresses and his return to performance over the next few months becomes clear."     So the Ravens excuse is the future risk assessment based on the physical, not that the Raiders withheld information. They found an excuse to save face publicly. They had the right to cancel the trade for no reason at all, but they’re trying to save face with the most acceptable reasoning they can find. I’ve heard and seen the Ravens getting dragged everywhere for this. You know what would be an easy way to put a stop to that if you’re the Ravens and the Raiders were actually the shady ones withholding information? Just come out and say that you were not given all the medical information. But they aren’t saying that. I guess they’re just taking the bullet for the Raiders just because?    Speculation indeed.
    • Two first round picks for a guy with very questionable knees who will be 29 this summer. Yes it is safe to say the Ravens got cold feet.
    • The salary cap is the reason we got Phillips and Lloyd
