Cam's ankle

I think its safe to say cam will be sore tomorrow. Its probably safe to say he will be on the injury report this week. I also think its safe to say barring totally unexpected circumstances cam will play next week.

This. Let the hawks or pack prepare for 2 QB's, thats fine with me. I have faith #1 will be ready next weekend

Not sure If Florio is stirring poo. He came out and talked to ESPN and did a full speed victory lap. He might be sore tomorrow but everyone will be. Not the look of a man that seriously injured himself. He did look battered but its Football.

Yeah I just saw this as well on ESPN.

Though both GB and Seattle have better TEAMS than Arizona, I don't think either have better DLs.

Hopefully our OL will do a better job next week against GB or Seattle.

I think Todd Bowles just knows how to defend Cam. Cam always looks bad against Arizona, and just watching the from the stands. The pres nap reads Cam has to decipher look like a nightmare. The Blitz is always coming, unless it's not.  Arizona has savy corners that know how to jump routes in combination with the blitz. Our offensive line is a good match up (for the defense) for that blitzing style. That Arizona defense is our worst nightmare. I like our chances better against the Packers and Seahawks defenses.

The big question is what will our offense do? We'll have to make plays and be consistent. Can't have many errant throws or missed opportunities. As sweet as this win is, and as much as I'm gonna be riding high this week, next week will not be kind to us if we have the offense we had today show up. Cam's gotta be more consistent and KB has to bring his A game.

    • I would say the extremes from both camps in these conversations have to do with the blurring of the fact Bryce is a first overall pick and the expectations for that draft slot fair or not far exceed just being a top 20-25 starter amongst your peers. Regardless. All logical Panthers fans want him to be the answer.
    • The offseason is always when hope springs eternal. If you look past that, you can see a very bad roster with a lot more questions than definitive answers. Let's hope we get a lot of those right, because I think we are a lot closer to another impatient Tepper reset than we probably think.
    • These arguments are getting more and more disingenuous from both the pro and anti Bryce crowd. Bryce looked very good for stretches down the final 8 games. He finally showed glimpses of the guy that was projected as a top QB pick in the draft. Bryce also didn't look like a top 10 NFL QB.  I think we are so far removed from Prime Cam that we forget what an elite QB looks like. I could tell that when people were losing their minds and simping for Sam Darnold. This season needs to finally showcase Bryce as a franchise talent. If that doesn't happen, it's time to pivot. There are very few recent examples of QB's struggling or being a mixed bag through the first three seasons of starting and then suddenly becoming frachise caliber players.
