They have three games left at the most. How about they just put in the best hands guy they have just to catch the damn ball (e.g. Cotchery). Let him fair catch everything. I don't care if he doesn't move an inch. They have the off season to fix this crap. Don't lose these games due to bumbling and fumbling.

put Nortman back there with the express purpose of fair-catching it, ffs.  just no more Bersin.  we'd honestly be better off not even having a returner back there and sending the house on every punt.

In his defense, he put Nortman. Not Norman. But that's probably worse.

Nortman has more experience trying to catch a ball flung directly at him considering that's one of his two primary objectives, but the ultimate point being the Bersin experiment has to end.  Maybe we look at Whitaker?

Seems as if JJ Jansen could field punts with the way he gets down the field.

By far my biggest concern. They are even calling for rain....

Rain just makes Bersin go from a liability to a near certain handicap for this team.

The worst part is we want it to be a defensive slugfest.....which means lots of punting

Not sure how our FO can not address this all season long when it was such a glaring issue before our first game started.
