Players care about winning culture, Winning attitude, results, and ultimately a paycheck. While there are players that appreciate the morality of the letter, it will not mean people will flock to us. Be a winner and they will come. That simple.

I think it's the opposite I think it shows that one of the most powerful men in the NFL takes his valuable time to reach out to a young fan. after all how many times does Jerry Richardson contacted fans when they've written emails to him? Those fans were already fans of the Panthers. I think this truly shows that he cares about people.
