pretty compelling tbqh. i have this weird thing where i deeply appreciate stuff like this but i also can't identify with it at all, so i can't really listen to it as anything more than a social observation without basically being michael bolton in the opening scene of office space

yea i know what you mean. A lot of his stuff is universal though even if it is created purposefully for black culture or black people.

Lol Kendrick is talentless and a 15 minute of fame artist.

 

Kendrick dropped his debut on a major label just a year and a half ago, and it's already considered as one of the all-time greatest album in the genre.
