Hey guys, Nikola Bogdanov just got released from his Bulgarian football team. He's 38, and has one leg but I should totally make a thread asking if the Panthers should sign him right?... Right?

The retard in this post is mind blowing. That's all I will say.

Safety coming off achilles injury?

Sounds familiar.

There are lots of players who have come off tears and have played well. It all depends on the player. Godfrey came back and started playing nickel not safety. No telling how that affected his play too.

Picking this guy up would be no different than a reach in the draft. Harper seems to be helpful for the younger guys. He played better as the season went on and hopefully we'll land in a position where value, need and a good strong safety meet. If so, we saved money AND were able to bring a piece in to grow with us not a stop gap. We've had too many of those over the years.

    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
    • I'd give anything to go back to a 4-3 but we are so removed from having the pieces for that. All because Tepper wanted to force this 3-4 on all our coaches.
