Duke Johnson is going to be a beast in the NFL. Hopefully for the Panthers, but he's certainly no mere scat back.

I know some of you don't understand all the words in a prospect breakdown but Duke's breakdown pretty much says he is a scat back..

Statements like

Problems running in between the tackles

His willingness to run in between the tackles is a question. .

Not good at pass protection

and Finally

"Best used in a committee"

Says he is a scat back. .

In case you haven't noticed, half of that DL will be drafted into the NFL.

Not all will be NFL starters.. You do realize College team is way different than grown man pro team right??

Not everybody can make that conversion no matter how good they were in college. .

Strong and Parker are better prospects and will possibly be available at 25. That said, if Gurley, La'el, Odighizuwa, Peat, or Beasley are still available, we'll nab them up instead.

 

Dude, Vic Beasley may go as high as number 2 overall after the combine.
