NFC South 7-round mock

So everyone in the division has a great draft except us

Nah thanks man

1. The other 3 teams in our division are picking in the top half of the draft, unlike Carolina.

2. Take heart, I'm a whole lot better at this drafting thing than Atlanta, New Orleans, and Tampa's GMs. :P

Kendricks would definitely be a long term play. We played nickel with 2 LB's on the field 68% of the time last year and Luke and TD play every snap. His strength is coverage so it's possible they'd feel comfortable playing a little less nickel if Kendricks was on the team then he'd be TD's long term replacement whenever he decides to hang it up.

I actually like Crowder, I just don't like him for our roster. We have plenty of #3/4 type WRs already on the roster. We need a legit starter opposite KB, not another JAG.

I agree. I think we need a wr with nice speed and good route running that has potential to be a solid #2 wr or even a #1 wr

That's what people were saying when we drafted Keek.

Difference was that many felt that Kuechly was the best safest defensive pick in the draft. He was definitely the BPA at our pick. Kendricks will likely be one of several guys with similar value available when we pick.

I can surely appreciate the hard work so I don't have much to say negatively. I just think that our picks given this mock might be Humphries in the first, Funchess in the second or if we pick someone besides a receiver in the second, then Hardy in the third. I have to believe that we will get a wide receiver in the first 3 rounds. I would hate this mock to happen. Most all my favorite players were gone by our first round pick.
