Rotoworld's breakdown of the Jaguars' needs:

They need a FS to replace Sergio Brown, but other than that their secondary is good. As for their front seven: "Aside from the Leo position (edge-rusher) and arguably middle linebacker (Paul Posluszny) , Jacksonville has the pieces in place to field a highly disruptive front seven."

On offense they have Bortles and his weapons (WR Allen Robinson, WR Allen Hurns, WR Marqise Lee, TE Julius Thomas and TE Marcedes Lewis) and are good on offensive line with bookends Luke Joeckel and the newly acquired Jermey Parnell. But they need a better RB to add to their stable:
