Should I be worried?

Because I work in the field and drive a lot I got this email going here: http://www.greeleytribune.com/news/16031264-113/authorities-throughout-northern-colorado-investigate-shattered-windows-in

Authorities throughout northern Colorado are investigating three separate instances in which people were driving on public roads and their vehicle windows were shattered.

The first happened late Wednesday night when a 20-year-old Milliken woman was shot in the neck while driving on Interstate 25 south toward Colo. 392. The woman is recovering from her wounds at a local hospital.

But authorities reported two more instances this afternoon. Loveland police reported today that a 21-year-old Greeley man was driving his vehicle east on Eisenhower Boulevard around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday, when he heard a pop and his rear window was shattered. He drove to Greeley before notifying police. He was alone and not injured, Loveland police stated.

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a case where a 46-year-old Johnstown man was driving his truck south on Weld County Road 49 between Weld roads 24 ad 26 around noon today when the front driver’s side window shattered. He was not injured.

While I know it's unlikely to happen to me it seems like this information would be causing panic in the streets to find who is responsible. Late Wednesday I was on I25 but heading north and I run CR 49 almost everyday.

This won't stop, who ever does that is clearly getting his high from trying to shoot moving targets. Considering he's pretty accurate at shooting moving targets at high speeds, I'd suspect ex military with professional sniper experience.

Or it could be some random idiot with a rifle, who fired 300 shots and the 3 that actually hit something were reported.

    • I thought this presented an interesting point. It is fair to wonder now, about switching the two QBs as so many tried to do that first year where Bryce was trash and CJ looked great.  It is almost the reverse scenario now and I wonder what CJ would look like here with better weapons better coaching and better protection. Overall, compared year one.  If each player had been in the other place for the three years. I would love to see CJ with this team now.  Just to see.
    • I really have no clue what to expect sunday.  To quote one of my favorite bands of all time, Operation Ivy "All I know is that I dont know".  We could win, hell we could win convincingly, we also could lose in blowout fashion.  We could be in a back and forth game with whoever has the ball last winning.  I legit HAVE NO CLUE.  This isnt the dominant bills teams of the past, Allen is still elite and can win any game by himself.  That said, heres my stab at looking at things. Our defense is made to stop this kind of team.  Strong against the run, a great corner but meh talent around the field.  We've stopped prolific run offenses this season.   Javonte Williams - Season low yards and ypa against us. De'Von Achane - Season low yards and ypa against us Breece hall - 3rd worst yards in a game Fact of the matter is, we arent what we were last year, we are a good run defense and that lines up well against the bills, Stop the run.  For once the lack of moving Jaycee might be a good thing, he will essentially lock down a side and without multiple real weapons thats fine.  Buffalo does not have an elite guy, theyve got a gaggle of average dudes.  Allen will stay away from Jaycee, it will be on Mike Jack and Chau Smith Wade do to their part and they will be matched with guys they can play at the level of. On offense, we do what the bills are bad at.  We run the ball well, and they suck at stopping the run.  Rico and Chuba will need 30 carries.  Andy Dalton will need to be opportunistic.  My big fear is what we learned last year, Dalton can get overconfident and make bonehead throws.  Its this simple.  Run the ball, stop the run.  Dont turn the ball over.  If we do these 3 things, we will be in a position to win in the 4th quarter.
    • This makes me wish we took a flyer on Quinn Ewers late in the draft
