I just thought with all the talk of Collins, and then today there's a thread about Whitworth from the Bengals, it appears many still want a starting caliber-tackle to add to the mix.

I remembered Long being discussed ewrlier in the offseason. Well, it appears he is still a free agent and he hasn't announced his retirement either.. Would you be interested in bringing him in if Collins doesn't work out? And if so, what would be your projected starting OL?

Yes to any LT that will sign and create competition. May the best man win. Sitting on our laurels is risky.

It seems we were having this same conversation about Bell being the man last year. I like G-Man but feel he is putting us in a very vulnerable position at the LT position.

Oher, Martin, and Foucault is pretty vulnerable, I would agree.

Maybe i missed it in a presser or something, but i thought everyone loved the Williams pick because he could come in and provide competition and possibly start at one of the tackle spots, too?

Honestly, regardless of what else happens,i dont think foucault shouod even be on the team come week 1.

What about Martin and Oher?

They can come and mow my grass on Sundays, I don't give a fug.  Unless they show that they can compete and earn a starting spot, at this point I'm not sold they are the best choice.
