Explain your Huddle username

My offseason thread:

Building off Mr.Scot's "real life" thread, I am amused and often perplexed by the usernames on the Huddle.

Explain:

What your name means.

What other names have you used on here?

Do you have any theories as to who is who? Example: what name does Bwood go by now?

My name has been the same since I graced this fine message board with my presence.

Fun fact: I used to see Southcak Panther's user name (now the infamous SCP) and say to myself, "what or where is Southcak??" All while using a variation of the same slang in my username. Yeah, I'm an idiot.

Oh, and bonus points if anyone can explain to me how having a name like Celibate Pimp or Captain Slay a Ho is a good idea.

Leeroy Jenkins comes from a popular internet video seen here:

It has since been used to describe any situation where you just say "fug it" and get it done, even if it has disastrous results.  For example, the book  "Let's Do This!: Leeroy Jenkins and the American Way of Advising" describes the American approach to the Iraq war.

The PhD is because I am in a PhD program for neuropsychology at UofH.

At least I have chicken.

    • I dont think people realize how hard it is to find a consistent starting QB in the NFL. Byrce will not heart us to a SB but I do think he can manage to get us one or close..go all in on defense and change the Offensive passing game and play calls. I really think our biggest problem is our HC.  Take New Orleans QB for example, switch him and Bryce and I promise you it'll look similar or worse. New Orleans OC is levels ahead of Canales. And as far as the draft goes, in this division with as much rb talent as we face ..the answer...this guy:    Pick up a couple edge rushers in FA along with a corner and plug this guy in Rozeboom's spot. Defense solved. But only if we get a top tier rusher on that dline....jus saying
    • I think I'm going to the game in Los Angeles vs Paraguay, and the England / Croatia game here in Dallas since my mom is British.  For decent seats anywhere in the building(s) it looks like it will be upwards of $7k for the two games.  Insane. Just for perspective, you could buy field level EPL tickets for any one of the top sides in the league, and it would be 10% of the price you'll pay for crappy seats at the World Cup.
    • Meh… I knew this thread would turn into a Bryce/Tua comparison, when they couldn’t be further apart situations.   Dolphins catered there whole offense toward Tua, they brought in a coach that would run a Tua friendly offense, the went in got the best most explosive WR in the NFL and paired him the fastest WR in that years draft. Panthers have done the opposite, they went and got a Pete Carroll disciple who likes to run the ball under center, they drafted big slow WR who got little separation in college. Literally the polar opposite of Bryce’s scouting report coming out of Alabama.   Tua was a decent QB 2 years ago, but the concussions, lack of movement have caught up to him. He never had a great arm to begin with but now since he doesn’t want to get hit he’s taking the whole offense down with him.
