I suspect it has a lot more to do with him just not doing the work. He should have stayed in college for a couple of more seasons. -

Ehhhh except a lot of it was his refusal in college not to play hero ball..... The two things he greatly improved at the NFL level were his accuracy on the run and learning he didn't have to take the deep shot every play. That said when taking a massive boom or bust athlete at QB the most important thing is their work ethic/coachability/desire to improve -
