Junior Galette in trouble again

She wasn't attacking him when he slapped her with that belt like he was Indiana Jones.  That was indefensible, not to even mention the UFC style ground and pound he was unleashing on that guy toward the end who already looked badly hurt if not even unconscious.

You gotta be demented to think there's nothing wrong with that video.  Seriously.

Is there anything wrong with standing to defend yourself? I am getting confused.

You don't whip someone with a belt after they confront you for starting a fight. The fact that he re-enters the scrum and sprays one of the women with alcohol before continuing to Indiana Jones-style whip people makes the self-defense argument null and void.

I'm sure no one saw the guy Jr was beating jump on a woman and beat her up with help from the girl Junior beat with the belt. At that point Jr re-enters the fight. But I can understand how you guys will miss that because it's only Jr that you guys appear to be focusing on.

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
