From the video:

1. Packers

2. Seahawks

3. Patriots

4. Ravens

5. Steelers

6. Cowboys

7. Vikings

8. Bengals

9. Chiefs

10. Panthers

14. Broncos

15. Eagles

22. 49ers

23. Dolphins

Also had your typical "surprised to see the Panthers in top 10 because 7-8-1" from Mark Brunell. Also mentioned being surprised Colts not in top 10, and how he would put the Colts in top 5. And then made comment about Luck going to be one of the best to have ever played the game.

Seahawks, Patriots, and Cowboys. Just lol. One is going to be in cap hell, the other two will have their quarterbacks too old to throw a ball. The Cowboys won't have any cap at all.

it is only for the next 3 years though

Patriots shouldn't be top 3. Not even close. Cowboys honestly makes sense though. That's Romo's window and they've got a solid foundation right now. Seahawks is fine if they can re-sign Wilson, otherwise nowhere near.

If Brady has 3 years left in him and they have 3 years of healthy Gronk then i can see them being top 3 just because they have an easy division and do well in the playoffs. But similar to the Cowboys, Broncos, and Saints, as soon as the Patriots lose their QB, they are done.
