You'd be surprised on the amount of panthers castoffs in the CFL, there's atleast 4 Panthers cast offs on the Hamilton Tiger Cats. Tiquan Underwood, Eric Norwood, Gaydosh and, Medlock or whatever off the top of my head. CFL still sucks ass.
