That sodium though.

You're about to injest a few days worth of sodium tonight haha.

Well, I generally only eat one or two of the other max, so I should be good.  People can supposedly eat 2300 mg of sodium per day. Depending on the bread you use, you might get another 25% of the RDA, so I should still be under the limit.  If you go hardcore, which I do sometimes, I will skip the bread and wrap my meat up in a romaine or collard leaf (and that's no sodium at all).  I'll throw a little mustard, tomatoes, and pineapples in my wrap, and feel quite satisfied, as well as liberated from conventional norms.
