Who are the best (and worst) trades the Panthers have ever made?

It was brought up in the Olsen thread how he may of been the best trade ever execututed, and I thought this was a thread worth topic. So who are some of the best trades, and who are some of the worst we have ever executed? I myself do believe that Olsen has been the best overall as far as consistent contributions both in and out of games to the team

the chris harris trade was pretty good

Only other trade that comes to mind as being close to as beneficial as the one for Olsen was the one for Al Wallace.

Did we trade for mike whale or whatever his name was a few years back?  Dude was an animal.

Rocket Ismail was a good player.

Dumping Tyrone Poole for a 2nd rounder was not bad.
 

The Jeff Lewis trade is by far the worst trade ever.  It set into motion a chain of events that led us to 1-15.

I think Gilbert was a FA signing that cost us 2 first round picks. While technically not a trade I would rate it as the worst transaction in the Panthers history. Set us back years.

Do draft trades count?  Some of those have worked out fairly well. We moved up in a trade with SF to pick up Chris Gamble during one draft.

Yeah, I'm not 100% on how that transaction was actually classified, but I believe we traded the 2 1st round picks for Gilbert's rights then we signed him as a FA. If not then I'm going with Everette Brown.
