Oh lord, please forgive me.  Sorry, "news filled day".  What news has their been?  Luke isn't at practice.  How is that news?  That has been the case.  News would be if he WAS at practice.  Jared Allen is at practice.  Yeah, no poo.  He's a Panther now.  TD is at practice.  Great.  Well, Rivera said that all indications were that his injury was minor and that the MRI was precautionary.

 

In short, there hasn't been any news today.

Signed a DE, cut Cole, Luke likely out for the Bucs game, TD is fine, Philly missed practice for an unknown reason and we still have Rivera's press conference to come where further updates on Luke will likely be made.

I'd say that is relatively news filled for a Wednesday.

Thomas Davis had a torn pec. Then he didn't. Luke's going to retire. Or be back after the bye week. One of those. Or neither. Not quite sure. Philly Brown missed practice. Jared Allen did come to practice. The Panthers have not traded for Alshon.
