Luck vs. Newton

I don't want to get into comparative statistics here because they don't have any bearing on this game. We have all seen how Luck can flip a switch at anytime and guide his team to quick scores. My question is more philosophical. This Panthers team notices what the media says and has been mentioning it for several years now. They all love Cam from what I can tell and are quick to come to his defense on the field which leads me to believe that when the media has attacked Newton in the past, or made the comparisons of him and Luck, they must feel attacked as well.

Will this factor into the way this game is played or do you believe the team plays on an even keel on a week to week basis? (Other than the Seattle game of course)

I can't make this game (will be in Costa Rica on my honeymoon) can someone please make a sign that says:

"Andrew:  Thanks for going back to school in 2011. -SuperCam"

or

"Just Our Luck, Andrew Skipped the 2011 Draft!"
