Josh was supposed to be a guest on the Dan Lebatard show today, but they just said he would be unable to make his appearance this morning and "was sent home" due to strep throat.

Strep throat sucks, but a round of antibiotics and he'll be fine.  Your symptoms are virtually gone after 48 hours on antibiotics and you're no longer contagious after 24 hours on antibiotics.  He's playing.

Thanks for this because I was hoping that someone with experience would provide some context on it.  I wasn't sure how this would affect him for this week.

I had strep last year. It's gone and you feel 100% 2 days after antibiotics. He will play.
