This nfl.com writer is being sarcastic about #Bannergate, right?

Hanzus isn't a Newton 'hater.'

He is the host of a thrice weekly podcast which is typically balanced in it's evaluation of our team I have found. A couple years back, (2013) season they chose us as their favorite team to watch early in the season and continued to hold the Panthers up as the "Team of ATL" (Around the League).

If you're familiar with his personality, you can tell he is mocking the whole situation and is being extremely sarcastic. Also, the jokes about 'sticky-fingers' Newton are just that, jokes. Lighten up. No need for a twitter backlash.

As some of you may know, logo'd stuff is my business.

I sell banners (and other things) to organizations, companies as well as individuals.

A standard, full color 3' X 5' vinyl banner with grommets is a whopping $45 + freight.

These are not "cheap" banners either they are indoor/outdoor, color-fast banners that can take up to 5 years of uninterrupted all weather abuse.

$500 gtfoh and stfu while youre at it Mike Dobbs

$500 is far off the mark for sure. Just curious how much are we talking if he paid the place to do the art for him?

Sarcasm is an art form.

This (his schtick) is trolling.

Hanzus is being a smart ass. I listen to Around the NFL podcast all the time (he's the host). They were basically making fun of the whole situation when they talked about it Monday morning.

I also listen to the Around the NFL podcast and agree with these two. Dan Hanzus does not hate the Panthers or Cam. He's a jokester. Trolling him on Twitter just makes it look like Panthers fans can't or won't take a joke. Don't be so sensitive. This article is clearly satirical heavily laced with disdain that he even has to write about such an "issue."

For $45 I need a banner. You do shirts and stickers too?

Do you have the ability to work with licensed logos like the Green Bay symbol on that banner?

Is there extra cost involved if you do?

That's a tough one.  As far as i know, you have to have an NFL license to use logos, but in that case it may be fair use in a creative context.

But no, no additional fees for certain graphics.
