How can I get a Mills jersey?

Trying to get a Mills jersey to wear but can't find one anywhere and it won't let me customize it on NFL Shop or the Panthers store since you can't customize retired players for whatever reason. Anybody know how/where I can get a legitimate Mills jersey? Cheap and high quality is a must.

 

*I have tried to enter Mills Jr #51 on NFL Shop and it allows that but I'd rather have just "Mills" since he didn't have the "Jr" on his jersey when he played. If I can't get it without I'll probably go with this but preferably would have be just "Mills."

I think they make personalized jerseys at the team store. Don't know the quality (screen print, sewn on, etc) but maybe they would allow it there or you could persuade them to bend the rule. 

Worth a shot if you're local.

I have 2 Mills jerseys. Ordered from the team store. No big deal.

Not gonna lie... I got a Mills jersey and its my prized possession. Well that and my autographed Mills card.

I emailed the official Team Store to suggest they offer a Mills throwback. I'd like one with our old logo on it like what he wore. It would also be cool to slap an inaugural patch on that bad boy.

The person I talked to said for retired players, the team has to work out a deal with the players. So the Panthers would need to reach a deal to sell the jersey with the Mills estate. I hope this is something that can be offered in the future.

Seeing as how his son is on the coaching staff that shouldn't be too hard.  I vaguely remember Mitchell and Ness offering a Mills throwback for us a year or two ago but I just looked and its not there anymore.

I just sent an email as well.  Hopefully more will follow and one will become available soon.
