We should but nothing is certain.

I'm really looking at individual match ups. I said in another thread that if Norman shuts down obj he should win dpoy. That guy is fuging insane and always gets his regardless if they win or lose. Norman is the only guy I can think of that matches his athleticism and ball skills. Obj is quick as fug. It's gonna be tough for Norman.

As the Redskins just sealed their win against the Giants, it looks like every team we play the rest of the year just lost this week.

It's been fun just joking about it, but we are realistically looking like we can run the table. For the first time this year, I think we will.

"There's going to be a lot of talk, a lot of speculation, but the truth of the matter is it should only be geared to the next game," head coach Ron Rivera said. "I know this much: The next possibility is 12. We'll continue to take that one-game-at-a-time mentality. We can't get ahead of ourselves. We can't look at what the possibilities are other than what's in front of us.

That catch today was sick. You put in anyone in our roster in that position and that's an incomplete pass 100/100 times.

Nothing but garbage left. The answer is absolutely yes, 16-0.

"Teams that worry too much about the future or dwell too much on the past, you are not putting all your energy into winning one game that week," Olsen said. "It's hard to win in this league. The margin for error is very small.

"It takes all of your focus each week to win a game at this level. I don't think you get yourself too wrapped in what's ahead."

Rivera is right, I really hope he can keep the team in that sort of mentality. Complacency is for chumps.

That said, we're just a bunch of stupid fans. We're free to think what we want to think.

i think we can do it and probably will do it....mainly because the rest of the teams on the schedule suck.

we could go with cam and luke sitting out and pull it off fairly easily. that's not being cocky, that's just noticing how bad the falcons, saints, giants, and bucs are. all of them lost today, most lost to teams we already beat. none of these games today were really close.

the only team i am at all cautious about is the cardinals, but even then we've got homefield advantage all but locked up and i think we're just flat out better all the way around.

    • Another layer to that is Ive seen Seattle has been in the market for CB help this off-season.   Michael had a higher PFF grade than Horn who got 15 games this season. He wants to be here too, that's a huge bonus for any 5 win team that had awful pass rush.  The 7th rounder Michael Barrett didn't last long on Seattle, he was cut before the season I think and ended up on browns PS. He's already been on 5.......5 teams within one year.......
    • You have gave the board some recent gold via posting. Heres my poor attempt at the truthful play-by-play of the time during post- I pulled out the old laptop to do my shitposting and check on websites. Open the huddle and see this new thread. Open thread and read CRAs post, {inner thinking, oooOOooo this is my lane and I got this}. Make sure not to scroll even to the 2nd post. 23% of current neurons still firing start up and two names appear- Captain and Josh....... about another 43 seconds past "O GOD" it's July 4th weekend and I got medicine to pick up. (If the laptop didn't give away my aging, the meds should...) I need to split, think long panther careers and the hint-  Ryan Kalil was a late 2nd and Pro bowls(even all-pros too) he's got to be OLman and Mikie Minter is among the all-time Panthers career leaders. Drop my post. Scramble to get keys, wallet, and phone. Check my phone- its 17% battery.....fug I now have to raw dog the pickup line and put the phone on charge.... Flip flops, sweat ringed filled hat, and shades acquired. Get in my pos rav4 and think about not running the A/C. Pull out the drive way and reach the 1st stop light, A/C is wide open. I check my shirt to see if there's any new stains on my house shirt, bush off the Bojangles salt that I see.... Neurons re-fire and focus on the comments CRA made that no one would get this....... Dang IT, that means it isn't Ryan Kalil or Mike Minter! CVS is close, but I know its impossible I get back withing 10 minutes to change my post and my phone is on the charger. {Think you monkey, at one point you were a draft nerd}. Reach the CVS line, by some grace its not 5 cars deep during 5 o'clock traffic hell. Im second in line after the car in front of me both turn in, they have to go back and forth to line up while Im a pro for that geometry. Neurons finally reach peak performance as Ive re-thought draft classes. Think obscure and unknown 7th rounders with long careers. Some Sunday/Monday night member berry fell out of my Melon, Will montgomery during the players intros for washington. I thought he out of the league and was shocked to see him still playing around the 2015 years. I do a goggle background check and that refreshed memory. Pick up the meds and enjoy the sweet smelling cool CVS air. Driving back and check in on one of the local bums at the big stop light, wow he's got a new fancy rug. Think about all the old food I got and need to start giving it away and rethink it. Reach home and post a follow up and I know Minter is wrong too, I check the draft history and see Robert Mcclain. Too late, but that would have been my guess....open CRAs link and get "upset" at the DBs name.
    • THANKS my guy! Keeping up with this threads theme, if I view a thread and there's only 20 posts and some time passes. If I see there's one new post and read the name; @Dave Gettleman's Shortsis among the chosen few that I will reopen that thread just to see what you posted.    Thanks again, plus not just a scout, thats scotty mccloughans son?!?!? If not for the deep claws of booze, scotty is among the best talent finders this league has recently had. Last I heard he ran a consulting business. Caden could be one of those who's on a early path to being a GM in the future. I was a big fan of his dad, dam shame about booze demon ruining his career.
