Gameday Menu Wildcard Weekend Edition

So we're not playing this weekend. So what? We're still getting to see some good playoff football! That means we need some good eats and drinks to keep up company. I'm undecided tonight but tomorrow I will be having some homemade paella.

I've got a six pound prime rib in the oven and have mashed savory thyme sweet potatoes, shredded Brussels sprouts, and homemade horseradish cream sauce waiting on it to finish up. Pics should come once everything is plated. Yum.

Already completely underwhelm myself with a chicken sandwich for dinner so looking for suggestions for tomorrow.  The paella looks fantastic.
