List of QB's Seattle Has Played...

Since they started "clicking" and getting on a hot streak...Everyone riding Seattle's hype train should take a look at this. They gave up the least amount of points this season? Cool! Easy to do that when you face...

Teddy Bridgewater (X2)
Carson Palmer (X2 - split series - gave up 30 plus points)
Case Keenum
Johnny Manziel
Jimmy Clausen (X2)
Ben Roethlisberger (Won - but gave up 30 plus)
Blaine Gabbert
Matt Cassel
Colin Kaepernick

Please, please, please tell me why we should "fear" this team when we have the NFL's MVP in Cam Newton?

Outside of Ben and Carson, they have played nobody - and keep in mind 2 out of those 3 they allowed 30 plus (Carolina won't give up more than 21).

lol wow that's a bad list .did Bridgewater even attempt a forward pass today ? I don't think I have seen so many checkdowns since pickles. listening to the media i thought he was supposed to be pretty good.

He doesn't celebrate or dance so according to the media that makes him good and Cam bad.

One thing I have noticed about your hate of the Seahawks...

I will never un-hate them.

Their fans are the biggest dbags on earth who talk mad poo for no reason, get personal and then disappear when their team is irrelevant.

Not to mention they have great excuses for losing. Today a guy I know literally said RW played bad and Bridgewater played good because Bridgewater had gloves on and RW didn't so Bridgewater had the advantage.

Against good QBs this year (Wilson, Luck, Rodgers, Brees, Manning) the Panthers have given up 14TDs and 6 INTs

Against average or worse QBs this year (Bortles, Mallet, McCown, Bradford, Cousins, Romo/Cassel, Ryan x2) the Panthers defense have given up 5 TDs and 10 INTs

Against rookie QBs this year (Winston x2, Mariota) the Panthers defense have given up 2 TDs and 7 Ints.

Thats 21 TDs and 23 INTS.  Which is pretty good.  But 2/3's of our Ints came against average/rookie QBs and two thirds of the TDs came against good QBs.  Also, we have given up 25+ points 4 times and they were all against the good QBs listed above (with the exception of Wilson).

Soooooo....we probably shouldn't be throwing stones about who's played who from a QB perspective.

I guess the only thing we could say is that we beat all those good QBs, so there's that.

Sunday we will be playing a good QB...and so will the Seahawks.

    • I can always count on yout to put things so delicately lol. I'm still not sold on the fact that Tepper will make them keep him if they don't see him as a long term answer.
    • holy poo... this thread inspired me to keep trying to guess passwords to various alts I've created over the years and I finally got in! I pretty much accepted my fate as a lurker for the last several months because I could not remember my password. I didn't realize that new users couldn't join either, that explains things. I have been around for years under several different monikers, through the good and bad. I too always find myself coming back here even with all of the new social media options for Panther fan engagement. It's simply nostalgic.   I do get extremely annoyed with the same 5-10 posters shitting on Bryce and complaining about everything. It's unfortunate that half of them are mods and that nobody new can join because now I pretty much just come on here and see Bryce / Panther slander. There is barely any positivity to be had. We all watch this team and hang on this forum for entertainment purposes only. We have no control or say in anything. I used to be such a crazy ass fan that would argue with strangers about Cam newton on the internet and at games. Now, as a father of 3, a business owner and someone with way gnarlier life problems - I like to watch football and talk about football as an escape. Not to bitch more. I really like the direction of the team and will root anyone in a Panthers jersey. I live down the street from the Rams practice facility, Matthew Stafford is currently coaching his daughters flag football team in the same program I coach my sons. I have two highly ranked Rams staff members sons on my team. The way we beat them and had them on the ropes in the playoffs has me feeling amazing, and you would think we have the next great thing in Bryce with the way they all speak of him. I'm gonna ride that high and be a delusional fan, I hope that huddle can stick around or get fixed and perhaps I will get back to posting more now that I can log in again. I will do my best to not get banned. Keep Pounding!
    • Well, if they know Tepper wants to keep Bryce there is an an implied safety net there in case he fails. A possibility that he will be empathetic and •maybe• not fire them.  If they go against that and bring in someone else and that fails they are in a much worse spot.  IMO.  And another factor may be that after all those years of instability and musical chairs pre Bryce there will likely be a feeling of security in knowing what they have.   Kind of like settling just to keep from going through the process all over again.     IOW I think he really needs to fug up bad to lose his job and change our course.
