McDermott interviewed with Tampa Bay on Saturday and Cleveland on Sunday, But yea He has all ready did the interview with them .

I don't know about that man, I've seen some high lights and he chucked it 40+ yards down the field. 

 

All I'm saying, out of the jobs that are left, that's probably the most attractive one.

Barring Tennessee not hiring Mularkey (lol), looks like both McDermott and Shula will be here.

I'm starting to feel bad for McDermott, actually. Yeah, I want to keep him, but I would never deny a guy an opportunity to advance his career. He has essentially been passed up for a promotion for two years now. I would be getting frustrated with it if I was him.

I feel like Rivera's defensive background could have an impact on this. Teams may be feeling like the success our D has had is attributed the Rivera being here more so than McDermott.
