Titans are the only team left without a coach. They haven't shown interest I don't think in McDermott or Shula. We seem to have kept both coordinators for now.

Barring Tennessee not hiring Mularkey (lol), looks like both McDermott and Shula will be here.

I'm starting to feel bad for McDermott, actually. Yeah, I want to keep him, but I would never deny a guy an opportunity to advance his career. He has essentially been passed up for a promotion for two years now. I would be getting frustrated with it if I was him.

I feel like Rivera's defensive background could have an impact on this. Teams may be feeling like the success our D has had is attributed the Rivera being here more so than McDermott.
